Well, they are not all doing the exact same things of course, but they do possess certain lifestyle habits, that propel their success.

Disconnecting

If you look at your screen time on your phone, you will be shocked.

Technology has taken over everyone's lives, and it's important that you take a step back from time to time.

It may be difficult at first, but taking time away from technology will clear your mind, help you to focus, and improve your general wellbeing.

Some of the main benefits, include:

Resting

It's clear that you function best when you are well rested, and sleep is critical to success.

Of course, some people are able to be productive on less sleep than others, but the generic sleep requirements are still the same.

Reading

When you have an idea for a business, or a task list of work you need to complete, you need to take action in order to make it all worthwhile.

If you are able to take action, and start new projects instead of just planning them, you are already beating 99% of the population.
